3d Brain Atlas Reconstructor on-line service
Service methods:
getThumbnail
Returns a thumbnail of the reconstruction of a given structure available via getReconstruction in png format.
syntax::
getThumbnail?cafDatasetName=<dataset name>
;structureName=<structure name>
Required arguments
- cafDatasetName::
The name of the selected CAF dataset.
- structureName::
Name of structure from the hierarchy tree. In practice nearly all names should be fine but formally name has to point to a root node of a subtree containing at least one node that has a representation among paths in CAF slides.
